We are pleased to confirm that, following consultations with the Government of Fiji, PrepCon IV will take place from 5-9 May 2003, at the Tanoa International Hotel in Nadi, Fiji Islands.

DELEGATION COMPOSITION AND ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS AND TRAVEL ITINERARIES
Participating governments and organizations can advise the composition of their delegations and their itineraries to enable the Fiji Secretariat to make accommodation bookings at the Tanoa International and other hotels for those who cannot be accommodated at the Tanoa International. A block booking of rooms has been made at the Tanoa International Hotel at a discounted room rate. Discounted rates are also available for PrepCon delegates at a number of other hotels in the Nadi area. The applicable rates (FJ$) are as follows:
Tanoa International: $120 per night (incl. breakfast)

All hotels are situated in the vicinity of Nadi town and airport and the Tanoa International is some 5 minutes from the airport.
Appropriate entry permit/visa for Fiji can be obtained through the nearest High Commissions/Embassies or it could be arranged by the Fiji Secretariat.
